Founder and Managing Director, Jennifer Blair, started her career consulting in a Sales and Marketing position in New Zealand in 1994. After seven successful years she then joined a leading search firm, Wheeler Campbell, for three years, placing senior executives across Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain and IT within the FMCG, Freight & Logistics, Packaging, Communications, Automotive and Insurance & Financial industries. In 1995 Jennifer gained a Diploma in Personnel Consulting.

Since 2004 she has managed the London region of an International Search & Selection consultancy and has trained, managed and inspired many of the top performers in the market today. Jennifer is confident that Green Stone will introduce high calibre candidates and provide a quality service.
